REQUESTS FOR GARDEN TICKETS

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden receives many requests for free or discounted tickets throughout the year and as a result has established the following two programs:

• SHARING THE GARDEN (for need-based group visits)
• FUNDRAISER REQUESTS (to benefit non-profit fundraisers)

SHARING THE GARDEN

• Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden has 500 Garden tickets for regular use and 200 GardenFest of Lights tickets it can give out each calendar year to need-based organizations. A number of the free tickets available through this program are complimentary of Garden sponsors.
• Organizations are limited to approximately 25 tickets per request.
• Requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.

FUNDRAISER REQUESTS

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden can donate two Garden tickets (for regular use; not valid for GardenFest of Lights) to a non-profit organization once per calendar year.

PROCEDURE
Organizations wishing to request tickets should submit a request in writing on organizational letterhead at least three weeks in advance to:

Organizations granted tickets may either:
* pick them up in the will-call box at the admissions desk
* have tickets mailed to them if time allows

If tickets are to be picked up from will-call, organizations should state clearly the name they wish the tickets to be left under.
