Happy National Volunteer Week! We are thankful for our 600+ volunteers this week — and every week. Volunteers were instrumental in the development of the Garden, and continue to play a major role here. In fact, we would not be the Garden we are today without them. Thank you!

Our gratitude also goes out to HandsOn Greater Richmond for making Richmond a better place through volunteering. Each year HandsonRVA helps coordinate volunteers for our Community Kitchen Garden serving FeedMore. If you are interested in helping garden to benefit Virginia’s neediest citizens you can sign up on the HandsON RVA website.

Would you like to get involved in volunteering at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden? We’d love to have your help. Did you know we also have Youth Volunteer Programs, Service Learning and Family Volunteering?
