Don’t just manage your tension and pain; learn how to get rid of it with simple exercises, self-massage and imagery tools which can be practiced daily. These techniques are also applicable to other exercise routines, allowing you to make better choices for your individual body and its needs while avoiding injury. Appropriate for all levels of physicality. Workshop includes morning refreshments and lunch.
