Advanced Beekeeping Workshop
Friday, November 14, 6 - 9 pm and Saturday, November 15, 9 am - 4 pm
Details:
Master beekeepers teach this workshop for advanced beekeepers dealing with bee management. Learn how to treat bees to keep them healthy, standard preventive practices, and sustainable maintenance practices suitable for hobby and sideline beekeepers. Also included in the discussions are how to maintain the health of the colony, how to prep your colonies for winter, and spring preparations. NOTE: Participants in this workshop should have completed at least a basic level beekeeping course and have at least one full year of beekeeping experience. $50 Garden members and members of an in-state Beekeepers Association / $60 non-members.
