Celebrate spring with A Million Blooms -- offering a million ways to have fun in the Garden and featuring a spectacular succession of blooms including daffodils, cherry blossoms, tulips, iris, roses and peonies. Highlights of A Million Blooms include special events such as Easter Weekend, Mother’s Day, the Spring Plant Sale and plant shows, and activities in the Children’s Garden.

Flowers After 5

Relax on summer evenings until 9 p.m. with Flowers After 5 on Thursdays in July, August and September. Stroll through the gardens; enjoy wine-tasting, live jazz, dining and shopping. On the second Thursday of each month (August 14 and September 11) the Garden holds “Fidos After 5” and leashed pets can attend.

GardenFest of Lights

A holiday tradition! The show features more than a half million lights arranged in botanical themes throughout the Garden. Visitors can also marvel at displays in the Garden’s Conservatory and decorations in the Visitors Center and the Education and Library Complex. Holiday dinners are available in the Garden Café and in the Robins Tea House. Merry Mondays on Monday evenings include storytelling for kids.

GardenFest of Lights Member Nights: December 1-3, 2008 & January 12, 2009

Member Nights are designed to thank Garden members for their continued support by offering free admission to the spectacular GardenFest of Lights event on four consecutive evenings. Special activities for members include, live music, tours of historic Bloemendaal House and much much more!
