The display includes yamadori (trees collected from the wild) and urbandori (trees collected from urban settings) as well as imports from fine nurseries across Asia and America. On view will be trees that have been under cultivation for more than 30 years with ages that range well over 100 years old. The exhibition includes about 25 specimens at any given time and with new selections weekly\, so visit often to see the full display! \nThe exhibit showcases the work of Todd Stewart and Bob Chilton\, two leading bonsai experts from Gardens Unlimited. Enjoy this class as a warm up for the March 21 webinar on Hawaiian cuisine with chef Sheldon Simeon. Also plan to come to the Garden Cafe for a tropical-themed lunch special in March! \nOur Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. DESCRIPTION:Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing\, movement and posture in a tranquil Garden setting. Small class sizes enable instructor Jacqueline Gooding to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Please have a blanket\, yoga mat\, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are in person either in the Garden or in a classroom with a Garden view. \nOur Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
