Ken guides and coordinates the efforts of the maintenance, housekeeping, operations and security departments. He believes the support departments within any organization make a critical difference for success.

With experience serving as the owner’s representative on various construction and renovation projects at the Valentine Richmond History Center, he looks forward to playing an important role in the Garden’s planned Capital projects as outlined in the Garden’s 2020–2024 Strategic Plan, Unearthing Our Potential (PDF).
Ken is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a member of the Richmond Chapter of the International Association of Museum Facilities Administrators (IAMFA).
