Nitika Achalam Herbalism 101: Oils, Salves, & TopicalsAbout the instructor

Nitika Achalam is a Holistic Wellness Educator who uses her skills as a Clinical Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Therapist to inform knowledge sharing. Nitika studied Anthropology at Virginia Commonwealth University with a focus on how ancient cultures used plant medicine and alternative remedies to prevent and treat disease. Nitika passionately applies over two decades of education and practice to support her clients’ physical and energetic wellness. Nitika is a practitioner at A Brighter Birth Collective, and the resident herbalist and farmer at Baehouse.
