BLOOMISTRY WELLNESS
Mushrooms 101

Explore how fungi support human wellness and ecological balance. In this class, we’ll look at the healing properties of mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Turkey Tail—how they support brain health, immunity, stress resilience, and more—along with current research and traditional uses. We’ll also discuss the vital role fungi play in soil building, nutrient cycling, and plant communication. Participants will leave with a mushroom tincture kit so they can apply what they learned in class at home!
