About the instructor

In addition to being a studio artist, Dana DuMont is an art teacher and educational consultant with a penchant for travel and nature. Her varied works regularly incorporate recycled, donated and found items, and her integrated arts curriculum design and teaching encourages creative risk-taking, perseverance, humor, reflection, and environmental stewardship. You can find her work at danadumont.com and see her paint restoration of the RCA “Nipper” window on view at The Smithsonian’s Museum of American History.
