Monday Tai Chi in the Garden:
MAY-JUNE

Experience the grace and beauty of movement meditation through the 5 Elements Form of Tai Chi. Join a community of others and explore your inner nature and the nature of the gardens while building strength, fostering mobility, and increasing balance. Classes take place in the garden or inside garden buildings depending on the weather. Dress for exercise. No prior experience needed. All skill levels welcome.

Fees: Member $50, Non-Member $60

All programs are subject to change. Pre-registration through our website is required.

No class on May 27th due to Memorial Day or on June 10 due to a Groovin’ in the Garden concert.

About the Instructor

Rie Monique Cherie is a Certified Yoga Therapist, a Franklin Method Educator and a Tai Chi 5 Elements Form Instructor who has over 20 years of one-on-one and group instruction. She believes learning about the body and the self is a first step in self-care and humanity and specializes in holistic wellness practices including Franklin Method, Tai Chi, and Yoga. She looks forward to helping you towards a better life experience.
