GARDEN'S HORTICULTURE DIRECTOR NAMED TO NATIONAL BOARD
Grace Chapman appointed director-at-large to American Public Gardens Association board
RICHMOND, VA — Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden’s Horticulture Director Grace Chapman was elected to the American Public Gardens Association (APGA) board at the organization’s annual conference on June 25, 2015, in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Her position is director-at-large for a two-year term.
Chapman has been with Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden since October of 2011. Learn more about Grace Chapman.
The American Public Gardens Association (APGA) consists of 500 member institutions located in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and fourteen other countries. The APGA is committed to increasing the knowledge of public garden professionals throughout North America and internationally through information sharing, professional development, networking, public awareness, and research, in order to effectively serve visitors and members.
