Come to Your Senses
A GARDEN EXPERIENCE

Explore the various ways we open our awareness and bond with the living world around us. This workshop utilizes mindfulness of the senses to explore the garden. Modern Qigong movements accentuate sight, hearing, touch, temperature, and textures of the ground and plants. Come dressed for the weather and walking in the Garden. Bring a water bottle. This is an outdoor workshop, and all skill levels are welcome.

After this class, don’t missĀ Incanto: An Oasis of Lyrical Sculpture, the premiere exhibition of New York City-based sculptor Kate Raudenbush, with poetry by Sha Michele. Through a journey into immersive art with sculptures reaching up to 17 feet in height, Incanto explores our human nature and invites guests into a transformational space of self-inquiry.

All programs are subject to change. This class is cancelled.
