Core sculpt is a 45-minute workout that targets core and lower-back muscles along with light total body strengthening and stretching. This class will tone muscles, improve core stability, and increase flexibility. Students gain knowledge of core muscles. The class features beneficial stretches for total body strength and improved physical function. All fitness levels are welcomed. Come dressed for movement, wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Instructor: AnnMarie Grohs
