Online Yoga from the Garden

Online class conducted via Zoom
Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement, and posture from the comfort of your home without packing your equipment or having to travel. Small class sizes enable instructor Jacqueline Gooding to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are online, and students receive a video of each week’s class for individual practice until the next session.
