T'ai Chi Guided Practice:
SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER

Join others to experience the grace and beauty of movement meditation through the 5 Elements Form of T’ai Chi. Learn Qigong exercises to build strength, foster mobility, and increase balance. Classes take place in the garden or inside garden buildings depending on weather.¬†Wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water.¬†This is a continuing, multi level class, no previous experience necessary.

Our Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Properly worn masks are required for indoor class participants regardless of vaccination status. Non-vaccinated participants are also required to wear masks when outdoors and unable to maintain 6 feet of social distancing. The Garden reserves the right to implement additional safety measures. Any updates will be communicated prior to class, if possible.

About the Instructor

Rie Monique Cherie is a Certified Yoga Therapist, a Franklin Method Educator and a Tai Chi 5 Elements Form Instructor who has over 20 years of one-on-one and group instruction. She believes learning about the body and the self is a first step in self-care and humanity and specializes in holistic wellness practices including Franklin Method, Tai Chi, and Yoga. She looks forward to helping you towards a better life experience.
