THE UNIQUENESS
of Seeds

Like the seeds and growing instructions of various plants, we each have our own set of conditions where we grow and thrive. What brings you joy? How do you rest and recharge? We will explore our individual connection with our environment through the examination of a variety of seeds and their specific growing instructions. We will consider the variety of depths, light conditions, spacing, watering, soil conditions, and more that different seeds need, and reflect on how that connects to the variety of growing needs for each individual person. In our final activity, we will use our seed observations and inward reflections to design and create our individual seed packets with our own unique set of growing instructions to guide and encourage us to cultivate and blossom into our best selves. Sharing and discussion will be encouraged!

All programs are subject to change. This class is cancelled.
