Thursday Yoga at the Garden
NOVEMBER-DECEMBER
Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement and posture in a tranquil Garden setting. Small class sizes enable instructor Rie Monique Cherie to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are in person either in the Garden or in a classroom with a Garden view.
