BLUEPRINTS OF NATURE:
CYANOTYPE PRINTING WITH BOTANICAL COLLECTIONS
In this immersive 2 hr workshop, participants will learn some of the history and technique of cyanotype printing—a 19th-century photographic process known for its rich blue tones—using plant materials gathered from the botanical garden. Students will interact with the garden’s collections and archival materials to create stunning botanical prints on paper and fabric. This workshop merges art, science, and garden exploration in a creative and accessible way.
Fees: Member $60, Non-Member $72
