GARDEN TO GLASS:
Seasonal Cocktails
for Special Occasions

Local mixology expert Beth Dixon returns for a class catered toward the host within us all. Treat your tastebuds with seasonal flavors as Beth demonstrates techniques for big-batch cocktails that are sure to be a holiday party hit.

The learning (and fun!) starts with a Pear-Ginger 75, perfectly balancing fresh, fruity notes with bite and a splash of bubbly.
Next, meet Maria Ines: this piquant, pineapple-y punch comes together in a snap with bold flavors to match your favorite tequila base.
Finish the night on a cozy note by inviting a Coquito to the table, marrying rich, creamy coconut with all the classic spices of the season.

As you sip a glass of each cocktail, you’ll also find inspiration with three plates of paired party hors d’oeuvres. You won’t want to miss this night of culinary creativity – come prepared to ask questions, connect with your fellow foodies, and leave with your palette primed for your next special occasion.

Fee includes, three cocktails, three plates, and all taxes, fees, and gratuity.
