Take your taste buds on a mid-winter trip to the Mediterranean and explore the varied culinary delights of the surrounding countries. Learn how home chefs can incorporate delicious and fresh Mediterranean flavors into their repertoire with Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala. Demonstration is followed by a delicious dinner featuring some of the evening’s recipes along with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage depending on preference.

Bites Around the World: Spain with Chef AnneChef Anne Maury Haapala

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
