Greek cuisine is known for fresh, simple, delicious flavor combinations perfectly suited for summer meals. Journey to the Mediterranean with Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala as she demonstrates how home chefs can easily create Greek favorites incorporating the best of local summer produce.  Demonstration is followed by a delicious dinner featuring some of the recipes demonstrated along with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage depending on your preference.

Bites Around the World: Spain with Chef AnneChef Anne Maury Haapala

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey. ¬†She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
