Learn to create warm comfort food dinners highlighting your favorite autumn fruits and vegetables in this virtual culinary class.  Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala shares her tips and tricks for making delicious meals showcasing the best of fall produce.   Menu and recipes will be sent before the class.

Recipes include:

  • Cider braised chicken thighs with apples and greens
  • Butternut squash risotto
  • Fall fruit galette

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
