Guided Forest Therapy Walk
IN FLAGLER PERENNIAL GARDEN
Join us for a guided forest therapy walk in the beautiful Flagler Perennial Garden and experience the restorative practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Backed by science, forest bathing supports stress reduction, immune health, and mental clarity—while also offering a rare chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and fully arrive in the present moment. Through gentle walking and guided sensory invitations, you’ll discover beauty and calm in ways that often go unnoticed.
Fees: Member $30, Non-Member $38
