LEARN TAI CHI FIVE ELEMENTS FORM
IN ONE DAY

Learn the Five Elements form, a modern Tai Chi Form, in this day-long workshop. The Five Elements form of Tai Chi is a short, balancing form which encapsulates the elements of the cosmos into a short, repetitive movement poem. Relevant to our modern times, this five-minute practice helps us find peace and balance within the fast, constant change of our current world. Short, simple, and accessible by all physical abilities, this form welcomes everyone. Come with a friend or family member, learn, and practice together! Starting at 10 am and ending at 3 pm, we meet in two blocks with an hour lunch break in the middle. Students should wear shoes and comfortable clothes for both moving and moving while seated in a chair.

Fees: Member $52, Non-Member $65.

Pre-registration is required. All programs are subject to change.
