Alcohol Inks

Alcohol inks are a relatively new fascination of painters and crafters. A vibrant, fast drying medium they are used to paint on non-porous surfaces such as glass, tile, or metal. The possibilities for experimentation are limitless. Experience the almost instant magic of these inks on tile. Using florals as inspiration, participants will create colorful, abstracted tiles. Painting expertise or even any experience at all is not necessary. Designed to be a creative adventure, this class is for everyone. If you took this class last year, consider joining this one: techniques will be reviewed but subject matter will be different, and, of course, no two tiles are ever the same! All materials are supplied and completed tiles will be yours to take. Instructor: Shelley Row
