PREPPING YOUR FALL AND WINTER
VEGETABLE GARDEN

But if you want tasty, fresh greens in January, the time to start those plants is now! Learn what to grow, when to start it, and how best to protect your veggies from the freeze. We’ll take a look at season extension techniques and tools and get some hands-on installation experience. Participants get a starter pack of winter plants with instructions.
