Start your new year off by sharing your wish for Richmond! River City Reflections will be at Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights on Friday, January 4th from 5-7 p.m. with all the supplies you’ll need to let your illuminated wish set sail in our Conservatory pools at GardenFest.
River City Reflections was voted best in show at this year’s Inlight Richmond at Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and is an ongoing participatory work of art that illuminates the public’s hopes for the future of Richmond, Virginia.
