Saturday Yoga at the Garden
FEBRUARY-MARCH SESSION
Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement and posture in a tranquil Garden setting. Small class sizes enable instructor Jacqueline Gooding to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are in person either in the Garden or in a classroom with a Garden view.
Our Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Properly worn masks are strongly encouraged for indoor class participants regardless of vaccination status. The Garden reserves the right to implement additional safety measures. Any updates will be communicated prior to class, if possible.
