Saturday Yoga at the Garden
Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement, and posture in a tranquil Garden setting Small class sizes enable instructors Jacqueline Gooding and Iffet Davis to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Jacqueline and Iffet will alternate Saturdays to offer a varied yoga experience. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are in person either in the Garden or in a classroom with a Garden view, depending on temperatures and weather. No class September 3. Students should let instructors know of any health issues prior to practice.
Our Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Properly worn masks are strongly encouraged for indoor class participants regardless of vaccination status. The Garden reserves the right to implement additional safety measures. Any updates will be communicated prior to class, if possible.
