Sauce Like a Chef
with Chef Anne

Learn to make ordinary meals extraordinary by creating fabulous sauces to jazz up your home cooking. From basic pan sauces and gravies to French classics like Béchamel and Mornay, Chef Anne Maury Haapala shows you the techniques to make delicious sauces at home.   Menu and recipes will be sent before the class.

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
