Yoga at the Garden
MAY-JUNE SESSION

Practice yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement and posture in a tranquil Garden setting. Small class sizes enable instructor Jacqueline Gooding to offer individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are in person either in the Garden or in a classroom with a Garden view. 7 session class.  

Our Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Properly worn masks are required for indoor class participants regardless of vaccination status. Non-vaccinated participants are also required to wear masks when outdoors and unable to maintain 6 feet of social distancing. The Garden reserves the right to implement additional safety measures. Any updates will be communicated prior to class, if possible.

About the Instructor

Jacqueline Gooding is an RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with at least 500 hours of training) with a focus on yoga as therapy. She has practiced for more than 30 years and brings all of that experience and more to our classes. Her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Medical Massage, aids in her ability to guide students into yoga that is gentle and satisfying.
