FOR STRESS RELIEF

Join us as we explore yoga as a means to create positive habits to support relief from stress and anxiety. Calming, gentle postures and movements can bring a sense of peace and mental clarity which relieves tension, and may alleviate pain. In addition to poses, the class may include breathing, guided meditation and relaxation techniques. The tranquil surroundings of the Garden are an ideal setting for this gathering. We recommend loose, comfortable clothing that can be layered. Bring your favorite yoga mat, a blanket that can be folded and used as support and a beverage to stay hydrated.

Our Garden continues to follow CDC recommendations and state guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Properly worn masks are strongly encouraged for indoor class participants regardless of vaccination status. The Garden reserves the right to implement additional safety measures. Any updates will be communicated prior to class, if possible.

About the Instructor

Jacqueline Gooding is an RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with at least 500 hours of training) with a focus on yoga as therapy. She has practiced for more than 30 years and brings all of that experience and more to our classes. Her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Medical Massage, aids in her ability to guide students into yoga that is gentle and satisfying.
