Yoga from the Garden
July-August Session

Online class conducted via Zoom

Learn yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement, and posture from a tranquil Garden setting. On July 29, Meena Dasgupta offers individual pointers and addresses multiple levels of experience. She incorporates traditional Sanskrit opening and closing chants, breathing focus and yoga nidra meditation. Beginning August 5, Jacqueline Gooding returns to lead gentle yoga sessions. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are online, and students receive a video of each week’s class for individual practice until the next session. Important: Do not start an exercise program without checking with your doctor.

About the instructor

Online Yoga from the GardenJacqueline Gooding is an RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with at least 500 hours of training) with a focus on yoga as therapy. She has practiced for more than 30 years and brings all of that experience and more to our classes. Her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Medical Massage, aids in her ability to guide students into yoga that is gentle and satisfying.
