Yoga from the Garden
Online class conducted via Zoom
Learn yoga’s calming rhythms of breathing, movement, and posture in a tranquil Garden setting. Meena Dasgupta offers individual pointers and address multiple levels of experience. She incorporates traditional Sanskrit opening and closing chants, breathing focus and yoga nidra meditation. Please have a blanket, yoga mat, water and appropriate comfortable clothing. Sessions are online, and students receive a video of each week’s class for individual practice until the next session. Important: Do not start an exercise program without checking with your doctor.
