One-Pan Wonders
with Chef Anne

In this one-pan wonders class, Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala demonstrates how to make fuss-free suppers that are as delicious as they are easy to clean up.  Anne will show you simple dinner solutions for busy cooks by focusing on a fresh, flavorful sheet pan meal, a Dutch oven classic and a satisfying cast-iron supper.  Anne’s hour and a half demonstration is followed by a delectable lunch featuring some of the recipes discussed.

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
