blue-cardinal-and-bee-300GES: HL, 1.5, elective.  This class provides 1.5 hours of elective credit toward the Gardening and Garden Design Certificate program.  Non-certificate students are welcome in this class.

 

 

 

 

 

 

About the Instructor

Elise says she is wildly enthusiastic about indoor plants, pollinators, and sustainable gardening. She has degrees in Horticulture and Plant Science (PPWS) from Virginia Tech and worked at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden for three years before transitioning to plant science in lab settings. She also has five years’ experience in beekeeping and loves convincing people why they’re awesome.
