GALLERY5 PRESENTS
AN INCANTO EVENING OF BODY AND MIND

On August 11th we are excited to explore the many aspects of life that make us uniquely who we are. How we move and express ourselves makes us who we are! For this event we’ll have the yoga and meditation guides from The Art Of Us studios in Carytown on hand for a large group yoga and meditation session in the gardens. This event will also include a workshop curated by Richmond Young Writers to help young minds express themselves through literature. To close out this event we’ll also have a special Poetry Reading curated by Gallery5. Local poets will share their words and vibes with the audience. Come explore expression and motion with some of Richmond’s finest community organizations!
