Garden to Glass:
Spices, Nuts, and Seeds

Ginger, cloves, almonds, coffee, hazelnuts… these are just some of the spices, nuts and seeds harvested from nature’s flavor-packed plants which are used in many of our favorite spirits. Learn how to incorporate these spices, nuts and seeds into your craft cocktails while using some of those off-the-shelf spirits; also learn how to create your own syrups and mixers from these delicious botanicals. Enjoy a taste of fall with fresh, seasonal food pairings. Fee includes demonstration, beverage samples and food pairings.
