Part scarf, part necklace, pure style, these stretchy tubes of soft jersey knit are upcycled fabric remnants cleverly re-imagined into neckwear by the textile artists at Donna Bella Shreds. Handmade in Des Moins, Iowa, each Shred is a unique combination of color and texture, bound together into a chic fashion accessory. Sizes and prices vary.
