Join Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala on culinary this trip to France as she demonstrates how to translate the mouthwatering delights of French cuisine for the home chef. Learn to delight your friends and family using French techniques to create delicious favorites with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Demonstration is followed by a small-plates dinner featuring some of the recipes demonstrated along with a glass of champagne or sparkling cider depending on your preference.

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey. ¬†She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
