Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala shows you how to create a delicious make-ahead brunch for a crowd.   She’ll give you a step-by-step procedure for planning ahead, keeping you from being stuck in the kitchen instead of enjoying your company.  Anne’s hour and a half demonstration is followed by a delectable brunch featuring some of the recipes discussed, along with a Mimosa or Mocktail Mimosa depending on your preference.

Chef Anne Maury Haapala

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
