Seasonal Sauces
with Chef Anne

Take your dishes to the next level by learning the core building blocks of flavorful sauces with Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala. Anne shows you how to prepare seasonally inspired dishes incorporating fall’s amazing produce and flavor-boosting, fool-proof sauces. The hour and a half demonstration is followed by a delectable lunch featuring some of the recipes discussed.

Chef Anne Maury Haapala

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey.  She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
