Friday, May 3 & Saturday, May 4; 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. 

The Garden’s plant sales are among the largest in the region with more than 40 vendors selling plants and other garden-related items. Plus, this is a great chance to get all your gardening questions answered.

PlantFest Haul from the Members Only Plant Sale

  • The Plant Sale is located in Parking Lot B, with no admission fee. However, if you wish to visit the Garden, you must pay admission.
  • Be sure to visit the Garden Shop for outdoor pots and statuary, special gardening tools, books, and decorative accessories.  Members receive a 15% discount in the Garden Shop during the Plant Sale!
  • Fidos are welcome to attend the Plant Sale but are not allowed in the Garden.
  • Cash or checks are preferred. Ginter’s Greatest accepts credit cards. However, there will be a $5 credit card processing fee for purchases under $10. Not all vendors take credit cards.

Fleur-de-lis Farms – Vegetable garden starters, farm made butter and cheese; eggs and poultry

Forrest Green Farm – Medicinal herb, culinary, and vegetable starters, flowers, perennials, fruit, herbal teas, herbal seasonings, herbal body products, our 2 (FGF) books, herb and cookbook, and other herbal products

Full Pocket Farm – Wide selection of VA grown succulents and other decorative garden items! All sales benefit Friends of Full Pocket Farm, a non-profit that provides inclusive horticultural and creative arts opportunities for people with disabilities.

Gathered Threads – Medicinal culinary herb plants; tress, shrubs, fruiting plants; herbal teas and spices, etc.

Ginter’s Greatest (Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden) – Plants grown by LGBG volunteers. Signature “bilt” Geezer potting bench raffle
